All ceremony fees include the following

  • Client meetings
  • All travel costs within Gloucestershire
  • Preparation of draft scripts
  • Presentation of script at the ceremony
  • Liaising with the venue on your behalf should you require me to do so
  • A souvenir script of the ceremony presented in a script box for you to keep

Terms and Conditions

  • I always arrange to meet with you and spend as much time as possible to find out exactly what you require from me, both in the preparation and delivery of the ceremony script. I do not make any charge for client meetings or the number of draft scripts produced.
  • Upon you agreeing to instruct Ruth Gwilliam Ceremonies, I ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit payable through bank transfer or cheque
  • Once a deposit has been paid, I will commence work on your ceremony script and will communicate with you via email and phone until you are completely happy with the final script
  • Full and final payment is required 8 weeks prior to your ceremony. I am unable to commit to delivering your ceremony if payment has not been made
  • In the event of you having to rearrange the ceremony due to unforeseen circumstances, there is no extra charge and I will do my best to accommodate you on another date. Should I not be able to accommodate you, your deposit would remain non-refundable
  • In the event of me being unable to deliver the ceremony, due to unforeseen circumstances, I will endeavour to find another qualified celebrant to deliver your ceremony.
